Instructions for offline Membership application

Please make sure that you fullfill all the requirements needed to become a member.
Download, fill in and print the
Membership Application Form (87.95 KB)

Send it by email, along with the required documents (curriculum vitae, copy of your medical certificate, copy of your Sports Medicine training certificate) to info@ecosep.eu.
If your application is aproved you will be sent an email with further instructions for membership payment.
